MILK CHOCOLATE HONEY

It is sometime in the middle of the night and the kitchen light is still on
Pooh is baking his favorite Two-Step Pie and Miss Piglet is hanging on
Wearing cowboy boots and an apron with his right arm he frames her back
He is adding new ingredients and she thinks he’s got the knack

She feels like chocolate melting in his arms
When it's hot, love becomes runny
That's when the birds chase the bees around the willow tree
In search of the Valentine bunny
Got milk chocolate honey

In the morning they kiss pure sunshine as they walk along the beach
The wind carries their rainbow kite to a place only hearts can reach
They dance a summer season as the waves play their favorite songs
The seashore is a jukebox where the music drums on and on and on
And on and on...

She feels like chocolate melting in his arms
When it's hot, love becomes runny
That's when the birds chase the bees around the willow tree
In search of the Valentine bunny
Got milk chocolate honey

A princess in a red silk gown with a knight in rusty armor who leads the way
Footprints light the path through the garden but the ocean washes them away
The tide has changed and now just a few stale photographs mark their stay
This is their story but every fairytale comes crashing to an end one day

She feels like chocolate melting in his arms
When it's hot, love becomes runny
That's when the birds chase the bees around the willow tree
In search of the Valentine bunny
Got milk chocolate honey
